The TiM571’s low-power 905 nm laser transmitter and HDDM+ detection technology enable reliable scanning even on black surfaces and in ambient light up to 100,000 lux. Its scan rate of 15 Hz delivers real-time spatial data suitable for autonomous mobile robot navigation in warehouses and automated guided vehicles on factory floors. Ethernet and USB interfaces provide flexible integration with robot controllers, PLCs, and edge computers. SICK’s SOPAS ET configuration software allows field-of-interest masking and evaluation field programming without custom code. The device’s compact housing (60 × 60 × 86 mm) fits into space-constrained robot payloads.
