The outdoor module is weather-resistant and battery-powered, so no outdoor cabling is required. Data streams to the Netatmo Weather app and to Weather Underground and Weathercloud community networks, contributing to hyper-local weather mapping. The Rain Gauge and Anemometer accessories extend the station into a full-featured personal weather station with rainfall accumulation and wind speed data. Apple HomeKit, Amazon Alexa, and IFTTT integrations allow weather-triggered automations.
