Wirnet Station’s dual-radio architecture hosts both the SX1301 LoRa concentrator and a 3G/4G cellular modem for complete self-contained backhaul, requiring only a mains power connection for installation. Hardened Linux OS running Kerlink’s Wanesy Management Centre agent enables OTA firmware updates, log shipping, and KPI monitoring from the cloud without SSH access. GNSS receiver timestamps every received LoRa frame with GPS precision, enabling TDOA-based geolocation of end-devices without GPS in the nodes. Clustering mode aggregates multiple gateways into a high-availability pool with automatic traffic balancing. Used by Orange, KPN, NTT, and Tele2 as the gateway of choice for national LoRaWAN network rollouts.
