BL ident processor block connects up to four RFID read/write heads via BL ident bus and exposes the tag data to EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, or Modbus TCP network directly, eliminating a separate RFID controller from the cabinet. Configurable tag memory addressing enables structured data storage for part serial numbers, routing instructions, and process parameters on each carrier pallet tag. Event-driven communication architecture transmits tag reads only on detection events rather than continuous polling, reducing PLC scan time impact. IP67 rated enclosure mounts directly on the conveyor frame, eliminating the IP-rated cabinet required by control-room-mounted RFID systems. Compatible with ISO 15693 HF tags (13.56 MHz) and ISO 18000-6C UHF tags in the same system via interchangeable heads.
