IO-Link converts traditional 4-20 mA sensors to 100% digital communication, delivering not just the primary measured value but also diagnostic status, temperature, and device identification from a single 3-wire connection. VSP001 caches sensor values in its local memory and pushes change-of-state events to an MQTT broker independently of the PLC scan cycle, enabling cloud-side analytics without modifying the control program. Transparent USB port provides direct sensor parameterisation from a laptop without removing the device from the machine. IFM moneo|configure tool auto-discovers all connected IO-Link devices and generates a complete asset register. 24 V DC-powered from the machine backplane with DIN rail mount.
